TerraFirmaMK were commissioned by RPS Milton Keynes to carry out assessments on the site wide earthworks and cut and fill proposals. We analysed the general topography of the site and produce a series of drawings and calculations to help the end client manage their budget and to secure the best price for the land.

TerraFirmaMK were then asked to supply design services for the spine road passing through the heart of the development area and to obtain technical approvals from Warwickshire County Council and Severn Trent Water for the respective Section 38 & Section 104 adoptions.

Technical drawings, reports and calculations were then prepared for the end client to obtain competitive tender prices for the works and to then eventually build. The construction was completed on time and within budget in Autumn 2019.
