TerraFirmaMK were employed by RPS Milton Keynes to supply a full civil engineering service for this new residential housing development in Milton Keynes.

TerraFirmaMK carried out the initial levels and drainage strategies to enable the end client to achieve the best purchase price for the land. TerraFirmaMK then produced all the necessary drainage, levels and finishes designs and drawings for tender purposes and to gain technical approvals for the adoption of the sewers and roads.

The site is currently under construction and is due to complete in spring 2021.
